Luckily our flight arrived on time at 9am but we sat around the airport until around 11 before the shuttle was available to take us to San Pedro. As far as the 4 PM flight after your cruise is over you are going to have a ton of time. Probably will be off the ship by 10 AM at the latest more than likely way earlier. Since you are in OC, you have likely sailed out of San Pedro, so I'll use terms you would know.
